General Note
An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of a train traveling through a scenic mountain range. The label on the bottom of the photograph reads, "South of Phu Cat, this train runs with flatcars hooked ahead of the diesel to detonate any land mines the Viet Cong may have placed on the tracks. Even though split into three operable segments, the railroad carries a daily average of 1,643 tons of cargo and 7,656 passengers. (TCB-101 Photo Two, October 1971.)"
