General Note
Aaron Levenstein describes his travels with David Wiley of the BBC and Keith Spinner his cameraman to Cai Be village, a refugee center. Levenstein describes the reports on the refugee center, housing problems, and threat of the Viet Cong. The letter includes additional notes on bombing tactics of Viet Cong villages, implications of the dry season, and the economic consequences.
