General Note
Members of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group release a draft of a report of recommendations following the publication of the report, "The Organization, Activities, and Procedures at the NIA." The report lists general recommendations for expansion, faculty administration, priorities in teaching programs, simplification of administration, outside employment, course and examination schedules, budgetary and aid planning, and lectures and linguistic issues, among others. Comments from Guy Fox, Leonard Maynard, and Lloyd Musolf are included at the end of the document.
