General Note: This is the statement of indictment of hamlet chief Tran Van Can prepared by The Provisional Revolutionary Committee of An Xuyen Village. The statement explains his actions and the committee's decision to hunt down Can and issued a death penalty. A Vietnamese version of the statement follows.
