- This document is a partial transcript of an interview between The Joint United States Public Affair Office and Lt. Col. Le Xuan Chuyen. The interview was recorded in the JUSPAO Special Projects Branch. The interview is in regards to the efforts that his superiors made to "hoodwink", or otherwise trick the Russian visitor during his time as a training officer for The Central Office of South Vietnam.
