Tieng Chuong describes the hours leading up to the execution of Ba-Cut [Le-quang-Vinh] by guillotine that occurred on July 13, 1956. The letter includes details of attorney Dinh-van-Cac and Pham-ngo-Thu's presence at the Tribunal of Can Tho and Ba-Cut's conversion and final words at the prison.
