General Note: Correspondence between Duong Vinh Mau and members of the Vietnam Project with one another and with various food administration facilities. Mau requests permission to study with the Food and Drug Laboratories in Boston, which he receives and subsequently reports on the training experience he received. Director Richard McCleery then writes to numerous other food and drug administration agencies to request further training for Mau.
