General Note: Correspondence between Elsie Cunningham and members of the Vietnam Project and officials in the Vietnamese Embassy following the hospitalization of training participant Hoang Quoc Cung. The correspondence starts with the initial concerns of ambassador Truong Bui Khanh over Cung's mental state. Officials in the Vietnam Project share the doctor's diagnosis of paranoia and arrange for Cung's return home and completion of his courses in Saigon.
