- Vinh Tho of the Participant Training Program writes a series of reports following his training experiences in California from December 22, 1959 to January 6, 1960. He paid visits to the Lockheed Aircraft Company, Capitol Records Distributing Corporation, Los Angeles County, Golden State Mutual Life Insurance Company, the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, the Brunswig Drug Company, the Business Systems, the Richfield Refinery, and the California State Personnel Board.
