- Faculty of the Participant Training Program correspond from August to September, 1960 to discuss difficulties arising from participant Le Thi Bach Lan. Lloyd Musolf, Guy Fox, and Ruben Austin discuss the intentions of Bach Lan, and following a letter from her advisor at Columbia University, discuss her potential for success as a Ph.D. candidate.
