- Assistant Dean Ruben Austin and his secretary Judith Rathbun correspond with Ph.D. training participant Le Canh Xuyen intermittently from January to April, 1961. They discuss possibly seeing one another for a meeting, confirmation of Xuyen's scholarship, Xuyen's chosen course of study, length of training, visa arrangements, per diem check payments, and Xuyen's biographical data forms.
