Faculty of the Vietnam Project Participant Training Program correspond to discuss delays in the acceptance of Ph.D training participant Le Canh Xuyen, particularly why certain forms have not been submitted and receiving official authorization for his contract. They continue on to discuss retroactive payment of his per diem checks and, finally, to confirm an extension of his stay in the U.S.
