General Note
The Commissioner of City Planning for Chicago Ira Bach sends to Richard McCleery of the Vietnam Project a series of newsclippings from the visits and training of four Vietnamese students: Nguyen Van Dai, Le Van Vien, Nguyen Si Tu, and Le Duc Gi. Elsie Cunningham also writes to another Chicago business to inquire about training opportunities for student Le Phu Nhan.
