Colonel Van Straten served as Senior Medical Advisor to the Surgeion of the First Corps Tactical Zone. He discusses, among other things, relations between the advisors and their Vietnamese counterparts, and MILPHAP (Military Provincial Health Assistance Program) Teams. Major Woodard touches upon Medical Advisory Corps Team assignments, relations with the Regional Forces / Popular Forces (RF-PFs, Ruff-Puffs), CORDS, MEDCAPs, MILPHAPs, CWAP, DENTCAPs, and VETCAPs.
