Both panelists served in the 199th Light Infantry Brigade, "Doc" Jackson was in the 2nd Bn, 27th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division.
These two men recount their experiences as combat medics. They discuss their respective training, the diseases they dealth with along with combat casualties, exposure to Agent Orange, and their thoughts on such topics as fragging, race relations and social upheaval in the '60's, self-inflicted wounds, and the Veterans Administration.
