July 1967-April 1971 / No formal title, other titles used: Dear Philly Folks ; PF letter / Dorothy Weller was a physical therapist in the Quaker Rehab Center, an American Friends Service Committee's (AFSC) prosthetics and rehabilitation program in Quang Ngai, RVN.
