General Note
The CD consists of photograph and slide scans documenting Speciaist Frank Ferry's service as a helicopter gunner/crew chief with the 339th Transportation Company (Direct Support) in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

The photograph scans depict U.S. Air Force helicopters, aerial and base shots of helicopters, damaged helicopters, soldiers fixing the damaged rotor, civilian settlements, Tan Son Nhut, several shots of some mascot animals (dog, monkey, bear), ships and bodies of water, helicopter pilots including Frank Gerry himself, as well as a holy site called Kinh Mung Phat Dan.

The slide scans depict helicopter pilots and the helicopters, ship docks, ships, boats, a Bob Hope USO show, and civilian life. There are also shots from a local zoo, showing a variety of animals like sun bears, monkeys, elephants, pelicans, and zebras. The slide scans show some pictures of the local marketplaces and other recreational and historical places.

The CD also contains an MS Word document consisting of a letter from Frank G. Ferry to Mike Law describing his 1964 Vietnam War experience as a helicopter pilot.
