The Bullets And The Damage Done - VVA's Grassroots Effort To Combat Violence by Joseph Cerquone - Too often, the drug wars' innocent victims and their survivors are overlooked. Veterans Against Drugs (VAD), a grassroots effort started in Philadelphia, is working with the community and the police to recognize and assist families caught in the cross fire. Joe Cerquone looks at VAD's beginning and what its plans are for the future.
