Pressing The Issue VVA Launches Agent Orange Education Campaign - On January 17, the deadline for Vietnam veterans to apply to receive benefits from the Agent Orange Veteran Payment Program expired. To make veterans aware of additional VA benefits they may be eligible to receive, VVA launched its Agent Orange Education Campaign at a press conference held January 18.
