Biographical / Historical
Louis Glenn Jamar received his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering while serving with the United States Air Force ROTC. When he was deployed to Southeast Asia, he spent his first five months providing construction status reporting for the 7th Air Force and the Pentagon on Project Turnkey at Tuy Hoa Airbase. After this, he served as the executive assistant to the 7th Air Force Civil Engineer, Colonel Archive Mayes and Colonel Jim Dusenberry.
