One linear foot contains slides, the 163rd Transportation Company's Guidon and a book titled The Anonymous Battle which documents an unnamed battle in War Zone C, RVN fought by Alpha Troop, First Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment on 26 March 1970.

Biographical / Historical

Clayde Frazier was born in 1942 in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Frazier attended Infantry Officer Basic Training Course at Fort Benning, Georgia in the fall of 1965. He volunteered for the Army Transportation Corps in 1968 after going through ROTC training and accepting an RA Commision on August 8th, 1965 at Washington University in St. Louis Missouri. Mr. Frazier served in the United States Army for four years, one of which was in Southeast Asia. He served with the 163rd Transportation Company from August 1967 until November 1967, the COB 23rd SAT Battalion Americal Division from November 1967 to August 1968 and the 5th Corps Transportaion Company. He held the positions of Commanding Officer in all three of his units of service. He was stationed at Chui Lai, Vietnam. He held the rank of 1st Lieutenant and Captain during his service in Vietnam. Mr. Frazier was involved in the Tet Offensive of 1968. He also recived the Bronze star for Meritorious Service. Mr. Frazier was discharged from the United States Army in 1969 at the rank of Captain.
