Also included is a photocopy of Moffitt's letter toThe Wall Street Journal in the Letters to the Editor section of The Wall Street Journal. Ed Moffitt was born in 1934 in Brooklyn, New York. He volunteered for the U.S. Air Force in 1952 and served for 4 years, including 1 year in Korea. A good friend was killed in combat in Vietnam.- 1
