Scope and Contents
Book of maps of every campaign, battle, and operation that Lieutenant Colonel (later Major General) Ho Trong Hau of the ARVN participated in up to spring 1966. Also included in the donation is Major General Guy Meloy's description Operation Bright Light Cobra Tail, which was conducted in Cambodia on 30 December 1966 to rescue four American POWs. The mission was a tactical success, but unfortunately the POWs had already been moved to anotherl ocation deeper in Cambodia and were not rescued.- 1
