Biographical / Historical
Sergeant Jesse Wayne Parham, born in 1947 in Colorado City, Texas is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Army from September 1967-July 1969, and was stationed in Saigon and surrounding areas from February 1968-February 1969. Sergeant Parham, a Purple Heart and Army Commendation recepient , was an infantryman who survived the Tet Offensive.
