Elizabeth Ferrer worked as Chief Nurse for the Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (CPRS) and as Executive Director of the Children's Medical Relief International, INC (CMRI) in Vietnam from 1967 to1975. In 1985, she moved to Lubbock, Texas served as the Director of Nursing at St. Mary of the Plains Hospital and Habitation Center.- 3
