The collection consists of two books written by Paul A. Scipione.
Biographical / Historical
Dr. Paul Scipione served in the 101st Airborne Division at Hue/Phu Bai, Vietnam during 1969-1970. In 1984, Dr. Scipione was appointed by Governor Thomas Kean to the New Jersey Agent Orange Commission where he helped direct NJAOC's pioneering Pointman I and II research studies.
