The collection consists of textual records and photographs documenting 1st Lieutenant Walt Welsh's service with the 1st Signal Brigade at Phu Bai and Hue in Vietnam. The textual records consist of printouts from websites detailing the history of the 1st Signal Brigade. The materials are dated from January to February 1968 and ca. 2000.- 34
