The collection consists of approximately 2 linear feet of materials acquired by Emerson Gorham. The materials date predominately from 1963 to 1973. The materials include anti-VC (Viet Cong), anti-NVA (North Vietnamese Army, or PAVN), and anti-communism leaflets and wanted posters; artifacts; newspapers; posters; periodicals; Viet Cong reference guides; a PSYOP manual; Chieu Hoi and pro-GVN booklets, leaflets, and posters (including wanted posters and leaflets offering rewards for information or assistance) developed by 7th PSYOP Battalion, CORDS, and other groups; books; and booklets and pamphlets issued by JUSPAO, the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Information Service, and the U.S. Army.- 1
