The collection consists of photographs and slides taken by the Sisson family during their time living in Saigon from 1958 to 1960.
Biographical / Historical
In October 1958, Korean War veteran and civil engineer Bobby Sisson moved with his wife Ilona Sisson and his two sons Jaci Sisson (age 4) and Jay Sisson (age 2) to Saigon when he got a job designing highways for the government of Vietnam. The family lived on the outskirts of the city until October 1960, when the family moved again to Bangkok.
