The collection consists of one flash drive containing digital scans of photographs and slides documenting Captain Charles Umhey's service as a urologist with the 93rd Evacuation Hospital from November 1965 to August 1966. Some of the slides were taken at Martin Army Hospital at Fort Benning, GA prior to Captain Umhey's departure to Vietnam. Also included are transcripts of letters Captain Umhey wrote to his wife Tavy Umhey during his time in Vietnam.
