Scope and Contents

The collection consists of one CD containing materials compiled by Steve Schroeder for a website documenting the activities of B Company, 3/12 Infantry, 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam from October 1966 to December 1970. The materials include maps, award citations, rosters, a list of commanding officers, a list of KIA, after action reports, duty officer logs, news articles, unit histories, and photographs. The collection also includes an oral history interview conducted with Steve Schroeder.

Biographical / Historical

Steve Schroeder served as a rifleman and squad leader with B Company, 3rd Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division from June 1968 to January 1969, and then served in a support billet until returning home in June 1969.
