Scope and Contents
The collection consists of approximately 1.5 linear feet of materials documenting Captain Michael Boroff's two tours in Vietnam, where he first served as CO of B Company 86th Combat Engineer Battalion stationed at Bear Cat and S-2 Intelligence Officer with the 27th Engineer Battalion stationed at Blackhorse (1967-1968), and then was later assigned to MACV Advisory Team 73 operating in Vi Thanh, Chuong Thien Province (1971-1972). The materials include an art book; a yearbook; slides; photographs; photocopies (a clipping and excerpts re: B Company's activities during Operation Akron III); and electronic media.
