Scope and Contents
The collection consists of approximately 1.5 linear feet of materials documenting Major Robert Branson's U.S Army service with MACV as an advisor to the ARVN 21st Combat Assistance Team at Bac Lieu (November 1968 to October 1969), as District Senior Advisor at Ke Sach (July 1971 to January 1973), and as a member of the Four Power Joint Military Commission at Ke Sach (January to April 1973). The materials include a map; secondary source material excerpts; Vietnamese language training notes and course materials; district briefing reports; correspondence; research studies and reports; photo albums; books; journals and incident/activity logs; artifacts; and slides.
