The collection consists of approximately 2.5 linear feet of materials accumulated by Larry Fisher while serving with the 221st Signal Company at the processing lab in Long Binh from July 1969 to July 1970. The materials include an R&R pamphlet; Chieu Hoi propaganda leaflets; a Vietnamese phrase book; slides; and photographs.
