The collection consists of approximately 0.75 linear feet of materials documenting Carol Hrdlicka's research on the POW/MIA issue and the status of her husband, Colonel David L. Hrdlicka, who was shot down and taken prisoner in Laos in May 1965. The materials include articles, clippings, and excerpts; memos and correspondence; Congressional testimonies; reports (incident, casualty, interrogation, intelligence); narratives/statements; timelines; fact sheets; images; POW/MIA lists; and military personnel lists. The materials are dated predominately 1965-1994.
