Scope and Contents
The collection consists of less than a quarter of a linear foot of materials documenting Lieutenant Colonel James B. MacGregor's two tours in Vietnam (1967-1968 and 1971-1972) as POLWAR Advisor to the 40th POLWAR Battalion, Assistant Director for POLWAR, and PSYOPS Advisor for MR 4, during which time he coordinated and assisted with POLWAR Bloc/IV Corps PSYWAR, civic action, Chieu Hoi, and enemy proselytizing operations including the Nguyen Trai Campaign.
