Scope and Contents
Approximately one linear foot of textual records, artifacts, newsletters, and photographs documenting Glenn Shriver's service in Vietnam as a helicopter repairman and door gunner with the 229th Assault Helicopter Company (Killer Spades) in 1971 and an illustrator from 1978-1979. The textual records consist of notes; correspondence and letters of commendation; a Christmas card designed by Shriver for the 101st Airborne Division; clippings; flyers; the Vietnam Veterans of America Constitution; Shriver's DD 214's; certificates; and event invitations and programs. The materials date from 1967, 1971-1972, 1977-1979, 1988, 1991, 1996, and 2007.- 2
