Thomas Dill's November 1, 1971 DD-214 form, a United States Armed Forces report of transfer or discharge, documents his service in the 86th Evacuation Hospital unit of the US Army.
Biographical / Historical
Thomas Dill entered the U.S. Army in 1968 and served a s a medical specialist in the 86th Evac Hospital Unit in Vietnam from 1969-1970. While serving in the U.S. Army he received numerous decorations and medals, including the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. After his discharge in 1971, he served in the U.S. Army Reserve.
