Scope and Contents
This collection contains administrative documents, leaflets, reports, lesson plans, work summaries, handwritten notes, and printed materials. In addition there are four issues of the magazine The Vietnam Observer, Vietnamese and English language newspapers, and maps that document the activities of the 4th Psychological Operations Group and John Cheney's military service in the unit, 1968-1969 and undated.
Biographical / Historical
John Cheney served in the 4th Psychological Operations Group during the Vietnam War and continued to work in PsyOps while serving in the Army Reserves.
