This is the 9th reel in a series of 16. The first part of side one of this reel has a lecture to the squadron pilots on navigation, photo interpretation, and map reading for Southeast Asia. It sounds like the lecturer is using maps his audience cannot see and walking back and forth away from the microphone. There are also sounds of F-105 aircraft arming and taking off and general chatter at Major William E. Cooper's promotion party.
