10A Interior Emergency Room, 91st Evacuation Hospital, Patients were brought in on stretchers and stretchers were then placed on sawhorses. Cloth panels at back were used to hide bodies in temporary morgue in Emergency room until Graves Registration claimed the bodies.

Neck of Medic Priest's guitar. An unknown assailant threw a grenade into the office of the company commander for D Company. Captain O'Steen, CO for Company D, was not in the office at the time. Priest was pulling charge of quarters and was severely wounded in the attack. He was transferred to 18th Surgical Hospital and then medevac'ed back to the United States.
