Correspondence between Huynh Kim Khanh and various Participant Training Program faculty, December 1960 to October 1961

Huynh Kim Khanh, scholarship recipient from the Participant Training Program, corresponds with various program faculty members from the end of December, 1960 to the following October, 1961. They begin corresponding with Khanh's request for a scholarship and admittance into Michigan State University's graduate school, which is followed by a series of letters informing Khanh of how to apply for both. James Hendry informs Khanh for a number of weeks that the program has not heard from the National Institute of Administration in regards to approving the scholarship. Faculty then discuss the possibility of Khanh meeting with Vice Rector Dang in person during his visit to the U.S. All parties are eventually informed that Khanh receives the scholarship.
