Guy Fox writes about a meeting between Vietnam Secretary of State Nguyen Dinh Thuan, Alfred L. Seelye and himself on February 15. The meeting had been called to confirm the final decision of Vietnam President Diem on the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) contract. Thuan, on behalf of the President, stated that Diem was very hurt by articles written by former MSUG members, describing them as unfair and objectionable. Seelye asks Thuan if he may correctly report the President's decision to a member of the Associated Press.
