Dr. F.G. Cummins, M.D. of Santa Cruz, CA, writes to MSU President Hannah in protest of MSU's apparent part in conspirational actions in Vietnam. Ã Cummins refers to "more reliable documents" than the Ramparts magazine article. Ã Hannah, in an April 26 letter of reply, encloses a copy of his official April 22 statement on the matter, in the hopes that Cummins will see that MSU's efforts had nothing to do with conspiracy.
