David Halberstam, Vietnam specialist for the New York Times, reports on the decision of the U.S. government to deny pay to Vietnamese Special Forces troops used for political and security missions. Only those serving in combat against Communist guerrillas who have notified American advisers would receive pay for their service. A program of the inauguration ceremony of the railroad section from Quangnai to Danang. This new railroad section made a direct railroad connection between Saigon and Dongha. The American agricultural economist Wolf Isaac Ladejinsky, who over saw land reform in several Asian countries while working with the United States Department of Agriculture was invited to the inauguration ceremony of this railroad section. His ceremony seating ticket and ceremony train seat ticket are included.
