An announcement was made at the United States Operations Mission (USOM) that training for police mechanics is now taking place at the Education Division. Wesley Fishel commented on the smoothness of the Michigan State University Group's (MSUG) operations, and the regret felt by many Vietnamese that the MSUG's contract had ended. An Interesting Case by The National Police: Interesting Case #6, March 25, 1966

A report in publication form, submitted by Public Safety Advisor to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Vincent Young. Ã While conducting a mandatory Family Census in the area of Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street in Saigon in the early morning of November 28, 1965, Saigon's Third Precinct National Police spotted a U.S. Navy truck in a poorly-lit dead-end alley, and decided to investigate. Ã As police were questioning the driver of the truck, they spotted a second truck entering the alley and then speeding away. Ã Upon interrogation, it was learned that the first truck contained merchandise intended for Vietnam PXs, and that the driver had intended to try to sell the stolen goods.
