MSU Vietnam Advisory Group, The Taxation of Income in Vietnam -- April 1959

On behalf of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group, Milton Taylor writes a report on the taxation of income in Vietnam. The report is divided into three sections: description, analysis, and recommendations.
